All Chrome products carry a lifetime guarantee to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover reasonable wear and tear or abuse. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
If you screwed up and broke your bag as a result of your own action...we can still help. Give us a call and let us know what happened. If your story is sufficiently ridiculous you may qualify for a free repair.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, return the unused item in its original condition (within a reasonable amount of time), for a full refund, less shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. Please return the item in the original box or a package of sufficient size to accommodate the item. Please don't roll or cram the bag in a tiny package, this results in damage to the product which may result in only a partial refund.
If you screwed up, and ordered the wrong bag, or the color you ordered doesn't match your new outfit, we want you to be happy so we will exchange the item at no additional charge other than the difference in price between the two items and the associated freight charges to send the replacement item back to you.

1-Obtain a Return Form...To obtain an online printable form go to www.chromebags.com/return_form.html You can also contact us and we can Fax or email one to you. If you're sick of filling out online forms you can assert your individuality and quest for personal freedom by sending us your own handwritten instructions. Or if you're feeling really lucky you can send it with no return info and leave it entirely up to us.
2-Complete the Return Form...Tell us why you're returning the item (go easy on us...we're sensitive) and if you want to exchange, refund, or repair the item. You can fill out the form while online and print it directly from your browser. We recommend printing a second copy to keep for your records.
3-Obtain a Return Shipping Label... To obtain an online printable shipping label go to www.chromebags.com/shippinglabel.html. Fill in your return address while online and print the label directly from your browser. You can just fold the entire printed page in half and tape it to the box. If you prefer, you can also use your own shipping label or the label provided by the freight company you are using.
4-Ship Your Return...The U.S. Post Office is generally the cheapest and most convenient. If you prefer, you can use another shipping method such as UPS or Fedex. Be sure to include the completed Return Form or other instructions in the box.
We recommend that you track your returns so that you may confirm that we have received it. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation. Also, you may consider insuring your return. Just take your package to a U.S. Post Office service window and they can add these options for you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information.

5-Check Your Email...If you included an email address with your return form, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account credited. Your refund or exchange should be processed within a couple of days after we have received your package.
